Just weeks from its initial release, Mantò is the new haute couture sofa by pedigreed Italian furniture maker
Poltrona Frau.
There are several things to note about this sofa. The first is the exquisite design of the soft
back and armrest that is true to the tradition of the firm - is now clean and
sleek. The second is the awesome handmade
padded cape that sits perfectly on the tailored piece is removable. The
impeccable pleats on the cloak add a simple touch of playfulness that is short
of a full tuft making Mantò a truly original piece.
The sofa comes in fabric or leather. I myself love the
intoxicating smell of Poltrona Frau leather, so the latter version is my no
brainer favorite pick!
